Shimabara Castle Fire Drill and Appointment of “Fire Chief for a Day” on Thursday, November 9, 2023

The Shimabara Castle Shichimangoku Warrior Squadron will be appointed as the Fire Chief for a Day during the Autumn Fire Prevention Campaign on Thursday, November 9. As part of the fire prevention awareness activities, a fire drill will be held at Shimabara Castle.

Fire Drill can be observed. The fire drill will be conducted under the command of the military commanders.
You can also “experience riding on a ladder truck”. Please feel free to visit.
*Please note that due to the official duties as Fire Chief for a Day, the fire drill will be held at Shimabara Castle only during a part of the afternoon. Please understand.
